David Gregory put his Wesley Heights house on the market

David Gregory, a former “Meet the Press” moderator, and his wife, Beth Wilkinson, a Paul Weiss trial lawyer, have put their Wesley Heights 1935 classic brick Colonial on the market for $2.475 million.

Gregory and Wilkinson bought the home in 2005 for $2.45 million from Victoria Casey and Peter Teeley, the former U.S. ambassador to Canada.

The 5,200-square-foot home has been expanded and modernized over the years. The sunroom is flooded with natural light from two skylights and three walls of windows.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling with French doors that lead to a flagstone patio. It shares a two-sided gas fireplace with the dining room. The kitchen, which was designed by Fabiola Martens in 2013, has quartz counters and Porcelanosa floors.

The second-level master suite includes a sitting room with 16 windows and built-in bookcases. The bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a four-window bay, a large curved transom and a window seat overlooking the rear garden. French doors lead to a private patio.

Azaleas, boxwood, hydrangeas, hollies, liriope, dogwood and tulips populate the grounds. A children’s playhouse is found in the back yard. A two-car garage is attached to the home.
