<h2>David Gregory put his Wesley Heights house on the market</h2>
<p>David Gregory, a former “Meet the Press” moderator, and his wife, Beth Wilkinson, a Paul Weiss trial lawyer, have put their Wesley Heights 1935 classic brick Colonial on the market for $2.475 million.</p>
<p><a href="https://i0.wp.com/fabiolamartens.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-08-at-10.52.10-PM.jpg"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-310 size-large" src="https://i0.wp.com/fabiolamartens.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-08-at-10.52.10-PM.jpg?resize=1024%2C803" alt="Screen Shot 2015-05-08 at 10.52.10 PM" width="1024" height="803" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/fabiolamartens.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-08-at-10.52.10-PM.jpg?resize=1024%2C803 1024w, https://i0.wp.com/fabiolamartens.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-08-at-10.52.10-PM.jpg?resize=300%2C235 300w, https://i0.wp.com/fabiolamartens.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-08-at-10.52.10-PM.jpg?resize=1080%2C847 1080w, https://i0.wp.com/fabiolamartens.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-08-at-10.52.10-PM.jpg?w=1268 1268w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" data-recalc-dims="1" /></a></p>
<p>Gregory and Wilkinson bought the home in 2005 for $2.45 million from Victoria Casey and Peter Teeley, the former U.S. ambassador to Canada.</p>
<p>The 5,200-square-foot home has been expanded and modernized over the years. The sunroom is flooded with natural light from two skylights and three walls of windows.</p>
<p>The living room has a vaulted ceiling with French doors that lead to a flagstone patio. It shares a two-sided gas fireplace with the dining room. The kitchen, which was designed by Fabiola Martens in 2013, has quartz counters and Porcelanosa floors.</p>
<p>The second-level master suite includes a sitting room with 16 windows and built-in bookcases. The bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a four-window bay, a large curved transom and a window seat overlooking the rear garden. French doors lead to a private patio.</p>
<p>Azaleas, boxwood, hydrangeas, hollies, liriope, dogwood and tulips populate the grounds. A children’s playhouse is found in the back yard. A two-car garage is attached to the home.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.wfp.com/agent/1093/Chuck-Holzwarth">Chuck Holzwarth</a> and <a href="http://wfp.com/about-wfp/professional-profile.asp?id=11741">Stephanie Bredahl</a> of Washington Fine Properties share the listing of the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house.</p>
